It looks like the case management hearing in Clinton McKenzie’s Federal Court matter will go ahead at 0930 Sydney time on Friday 11 March 22. If it does, the hearing should appear on the Court’s NSW Daily List on late Thursday afternoon, with a clickable link to the livestream channel for use on Friday morning.
I am sorry I can’t be more specific, but this is the best information we have.
