After the Parade… An Anzac Day Special with Rebecca Levingston and Matt Wordsworth
More Australians than ever are going to ANZAC Day events but what happens on the other 364 days of the year… after the parade?

On Thursday 24th April, 612 ABC Brisbane Evenings presenter, Rebecca Levingston and 7.30 Queensland’s Matt Wordsworth co-hosted this special event to talk about the support and treatment of our diggers. The panel comprised John Jarratt (Young Diggers) Peter Coster and Wendy Taylor (RSL Queensland), Dr Andrew Khoo a PTSD specialist, Major General Stuart Smith (Commander 1st Division) and Rear Admiral Robyn Walker (Defence Health) and veterans discussed a wide range of topics including combat stress, military mental health, reintegrating into civilian life, family support and Australian attitudes to war.
