DVA Accused – Poor Leadership and Lacking Client Focus

A NW report has slammed the Department of Veterans Affairs for a lack of client focus and lacklustre leadership.
 

A team from the Public Service Commission has released a Capability Review that praises the DVA’s dedicated staff but is highly critical of other aspects of one of the most emotion charged departments in the Commonwealth. It has an annual budget of $12.4 billion and a client base of 331,000 Australians.
